The Don CeSar Beach Resort, with gracious service preserved from the Great Gatsby Era, partners with Proper Protocol, Inc. to offer a fun and educational way for children and adults to learn proper etiquette.
Turning little terrors into precious darlings or corporate curmudgeons into affable business leaders, these lessons provide an invaluable and oft forgotten skill—manners. From table manners and handshakes to cell phone use and family style dining, Don CeSar and Proper Protocol's Kim Goddard work with all ages to enhance personal effectiveness in social and business relationships.
Youth Classes
From thank you notes to party manners, children are taught polite conduct and behavior. Each class includes a four-course feast, including soup, salad, main entrée and dessert. This is offered as a five part series. Every class is independent of the others. With each level your child will receive specialized instruction, a four-course gourmet meal, a graduation gift and a diploma. Once all four classes are completed, the 5th class offers the "Masters Degree".
Children are offered basic manners and social skills during Children's Etiquette Classes at the Don CeSar. The classes will be offered on the second Friday of each month for $75 per child, per class or $375 for all five classes.
Classes are held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on April 25th, May 9th, May 23rd, June 13th and June 27th of the 2008 year.

Business Classes
From cell phone manners and public speaking no-no’s to business lunch etiquette and proper ways to treat a customer, the Don CeSar offers customized business etiquette classes for meeting attendees, during scheduled conferences at the Don CeSar. Whether teaching sales people golfing etiquette while playing with a client or showing international business travelers ways to do business in a foreign country, meeting planners can customize an on-site class for whatever "proper protocol" is desired. Business Etiquette Classes are scheduled on-demand from meeting planners organizing conferences.
