		Have all of your questions about your visit to the spa at the Don CeSar Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida answered to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.

How early should I arrive for my spa service?

We recommend you check in at the spa 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled appointment, as scheduling cannot be disrupted so our next guest is not inconvenienced. To begin your "Spa Experience" we invite you to use the steam or sauna and shower facilities.

What do I wear for my spa service?

Upon your arrival you will be issued a robe and slippers to change into before your service. We suggest you disrobe to your comfort level, keeping in mind the therapists will drape your body and expose only the portion of your body that is being treated. If you plan to use our fitness facilities, or participate in our fitness classes, proper shoes and workout attire is required.

Should I tell anyone about my medical history?

Upon arrival you will be asked about your history. This will help the therapists provide you with the very best “Spa Experience” and assure your maximum safety and comfort.

May I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, we require a 4-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do this will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. All "NO SHOWS" will be billed 100% for their scheduled services.

May I request a male or female therapist?

Absolutely, at the time of booking you may request your preference. Please keep in mind all of our therapists are highly skilled professionals and are well trained in draping techniques to provide you with the utmost comfort for your “Spa Experience”.

Should I wear my jewelry to the spa?

We recommend you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home. If you are a guest in our hotel please leave all valuables in the safe located in your guest room. The Don CeSar is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

May I bring my children to the spa?

Our Spa is an adult-oriented atmosphere and our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Guests must be 18 to receive our spa treatments. Guests of our fitness center must be 16. Babysitting services may be arranged through our Concierge Desk.

Do I need to tip the spa therapist?

For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to all Spa services and is included in our prices. No other gratuity is either required or expected. Any additional gratuity is at your discretion.

Are cell phones and pagers allowed in the spa area?

Cell Phones and Pagers are prohibited in the Spa and Fitness area.
