What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled 5 days prior to scheduled arrival.
A penalty of one night's room and tax will be charged for reservations canceled in violation of the policy.
A 14 day cancellation is required for reservations over special event dates. Special event dates include: Dec. 27-31, 2019, April 10-12, 2020, July 1-6, 2020

How much is parking at the hotel?
Self-parking, $22 per day; Valet-parking; $27 per day.
 
Does the Don CeSar allow pets?
Yes, pets are allowed and welcomed! There is a $75 per night fee and you are allowed a maximum of two pets per room.
 
Do you offer any kids activities?
Yes, our Camp CeSar program is great for kids ages 4-12. We offer half day and full day camp sessions, plus babysitting services too. Other activities including Dive-In Movies, Stargazers and Kids Night Out are great for all ages.
 
Is there a shuttle or airport transportation to the Don?
Airport and other transportation can be arranged through our concierge team. Additional fees apply and vary depending on the type of transportation requested. We recommend making arrangements 24 hours in advance to ensure timely arrival and departure.
 
Does the hotel offer any live music?
We are currently showcasing a wonderful selection of entertainers that perform live on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings starting at 7pm in our Lobby and ranging from a selection of contemporary, blues and local mainstream hits. We also have live music at the pool in the afternoon on the weekends.
 
Do you have to be a hotel guest to visit the hotel or dine at the restaurants?
No, all visitors are welcomed and all of our restaurants are open to the public.
 
Do you have to be a hotel guest to use the pool or purchase a beach cabana?
No, there are three types of daily resort passes (pool pass, spa pass, beach pass) that non-hotel guests can purchase through the Don Club. Pricing varies for each type of pass and all day passes are subject to availability. It is recommended to call the day of your requested visit to check on availability prior to arrival. Is there free parking for locals?
Yes, all visitors receive free two hour parking in our self-parking lot. After two hours, normal day rate applies.
