What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled 5 days prior to scheduled arrival.
A penalty of one night's room and tax will be charged for reservations canceled in violation of the policy.
A 14 day cancellation is required for reservations over special event dates.
Special event dates include: Dec 25-Jan 2, 2021; Feb 4-8, 2021, (45 Day Cancellation and 50% Deposit); April 2-4, 2021; July 1-5 2021.

How much is parking at the hotel?
Self-parking, $24 per day; Valet-parking is temporarily unavailable.

No Complimentary Parking. On property parking is limited to standard vehicle access. Boat trailers, RVs/motor coaches, and specialty vehicles will require special off-site parking assistance based on local public parking availability. Please contact the City of St Pete Beach for public parking locations. 
Does the Don CeSar allow pets?
Yes, pets are allowed and welcomed! There is a $75 per night fee and you are allowed a maximum of two pets per room.
Do you offer any kids activities?
Our kids camp is suspended temporarily due to government regulations.
Is there a shuttle or airport transportation to the Don?
Airport and other transportation can be arranged through our concierge team. Additional fees apply and vary depending on the type of transportation requested. We recommend making arrangements 24 hours in advance to ensure timely arrival and departure.
Do you have to be a hotel guest to visit the hotel or dine at the restaurants?
You are not required to be a hotel guest to visit the hotel. Our dining and retail outlets are available to non-hotel guests, with the exception of Beachcomber Bar and Grill.  
Do you have to be a hotel guest to use the pool or purchase a beach cabana?
