• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience without price adjustment. • A 22% service charge is applied to all services; 19% is distributed to your service provider and 3% supports spa operations. • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Changes or cancellations within this window will incur the full-service charge. • Spa services do not include access to the resort pool or recreation center. Guests are welcome to enjoy the private beach; loungers, umbrellas, and cabanas are available at an additional cost.

Please bring along a swimsuit and sunglasses to enjoy our rooftop garden. We recommend not bringing your cell phone, but if you do, please put it on SILENT. Cell phone use is not permitted in any spa areas.

To ensure your complete relaxation, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Feel free to enjoy the whirlpool, steam room, or Seaside Whisper Lounge while you wait. Late arrivals will be accepted; however, your treatment time will be shortened and no price adjustments will be made.

For your convenience, a 22% service charge will be added to all spa services and charged at check-out. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Spa Oceana is pleased to pamper your entire family. Guests ages 4 – 12 are welcome to enjoy nail care and salon services, accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 13 – 17 may enjoy massage and facial services with a parent or guardian present in the room during the service. Teen guests are required to wear a bathing suit during any services performed behind closed doors.

Your spa treatments are reserved exclusively for you. However, if you must cancel, we require a 24-hour notice. Failure to notify prior to this will result in a 100% charge of all services scheduled.
